Jessica Kaschube

Jessica is a grant strategist and nonprofit consultant with 12+ years of experience securing over $12 million in funding for mission-driven organizations with budgets ranging from $60,000 to $4 million+. She founded her own grant consulting business with the mission to demystify the grant process for smaller organizations and new leaders to ensure they had access to available funding.

She has handled scheduling, negotiations and contracting for hundreds of projects over the course of her career. She is most proud of her arts education work building new initiatives that serve thousands of students and individuals annually. She has handled logistics for five educational touring productions reaching 150 schools, built partnerships with high schools to establish in-school residencies now serving 80+ students annually and secured a space partnership with Miami Beach Regional Library for Miami New Drama’s Summer Theater Intensives allowing for the program triple in size in one year.

She delights in making connections and creating opportunities for collaboration. She values the process of bringing a powerful vision to fruition. The connection and energy established on a team along the way are just as important as the outcomes.

In 2020, she added Mom to her resume.This has allowed her to incorporate more play and wonder into her own daily life as she helps a tiny human develop. Creative projects are abundant from this relationship.
